Cancellation Policy
Welcome aboard, Earthling! Before we launch into marketing magic, please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth intergalactic collaboration. 1. Booking & Availability Free 30-minute consultation must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to secure your time. Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your session is scheduled. If you don’t receive it, please reach out to us immediately. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations Free consultations may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charge. If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time to avoid no-show penalties. No-shows will result in a cancellation fee of $25, which will be applied to any future bookings or reschedules. 3. Session Focus Our free 30-minute consultation is designed to give you clarity and direction for your business. Please be prepared to discuss specific challenges, goals, and the services you’re interested in. This will help us provide the most value during your session. Consultations are strictly advisory and will not include full project scope or implementation. 4. Communication & Timekeeping We run on alien time, so please be punctual! Sessions will start and end on time to respect both parties' schedules. If you’re running late, please let us know. However, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone call, and the meeting link will be provided upon confirmation. 5. Post-Consultation After your consultation, you’ll receive a follow-up email with next steps and any recommendations based on your discussion. If you decide to move forward with our services, we’ll be happy to help you schedule your next steps and get started on transforming your brand!
